Do I have a choice in where my vehicle is repaired?
Absolutely! In fact, Utah state law says consumers have the right to choose a repair shop and are not required to get more than one estimate.

When is my deductible due?
Your deductible is paid to the shop when repairs are finished and you come in to pick up your vehicle.

Is the price of the repair less if I don’t use my insurance?
No, your estimate is written to repair your vehicle in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.  Please feel free to ask how your vehicle will be repaired. We will explain our repair methods to you.

What is the difference between an "insured" and a "claimant?"
"Claimant" means you are claiming the accident on someone else’s insurance. "Insured" means you are using your own insurance.
